Poraja (Porajā; or Porja or Paroja) is an umbrella category (Odi.  prajā, peasant subjects of a king) that includes various social subgroups (Pengo, Jodia, Barong Jodia, Chhelia, Kond, Sodia, and Solia) living in south Odisha and the Chhattisgarh area.
