Ḫaur Rūri (Jemen), wo neuere Ausgrabungen auf eine stark befestigte Stadt hinweisen, die laut inschr. Befund auf Befehl des Königs von Hadramaut gegr. wurde. Hafenstadt Mukallā/Jemen an der Südküste ist wohl abzulehnen, da sie im Widerspruch zur Ortsnamenfolge bei Ptolemaios steht.
