[German Version] (4th cent.?), a Christian grammarian who published an edition of the Corpus Paulinum, Acts, and the Catholic Epistles arranged in paragraphs according to the rules of the Greek rhetorical school. His division into chapters (κεϕάλαια/ kephálaia) and verses (στíχοι/ stíchoi) simplified the liturgical reading of the biblical text written in scriptio continua.
